Montauk TriGuard is dedicated to providing value-added liquidity solutions. Since 1999, the Montauk TriGuard team has successfully raised seven private equity secondary funds with $2.2 billion of committed capital from over 300 investors. These funds are highly diversified with collective exposure to over 2,000 underlying private equity funds and more than 20,000 underlying companies. The funds are designed to pursue the same proven multi-niche strategy that has delivered 40 consecutive quarterly cash distributions to investors over the past 10 years. Montauk TriGuard Fund VII was formed in 2016 with $660 million of total capital commitments.

Montauk TriGuard Fund VI

Montauk TriGuard Fund VI was formed in 2014 with $505 million of total capital commitments.

Montauk TriGuard Fund V

Montauk TriGuard Fund V was formed in 2011 with $307 million of total capital commitments.

Montauk TriGuard Fund IV was formed in 2008 with $336 million of total capital commitments.

Montauk TriGuard Fund III was formed in 2005 with $303 million of total capital commitments.

Montauk Partners II was formed in 2000 with $65 million of total capital commitments.

Montauk Partners

Montauk Partners was formed in 1999 with $36 million of total capital commitments. Montauk Partners was fully liquidated in December 2014.
